How would you feel if you loved someone, but they kept treating you badly and took you for granted? This is the story of Hosea in the Bible who married a prostitute who cheated, left him and his children and went back to prostituting. Although he was hurt, he went and bought her back. God used this to show Israel how they treated Him, but no matter how far they wandered, He was willing to take them back because of His UNCONDITIONAL love. This is real love!. Take a minute and think about the times you sinned against God, whether it was lying, gossiping, watching pornography, not praying at all, masturbating, “sexting”, disobeying your parents, etc. If you were to count, how many times do you think you cheated on God? No matter what you have done, God still loves you!
This is what Lesson 1 is all about, helping you understand that God loved you so much that He sent His only begotten Son to die for you. No matter where you are, God sees who you are and loves you.

How would you feel if you kept texting someone every day but they kept leaving on you on read without answering? After a while you’d begin to think that they were not interested.
Knowing and receiving God’s love is good, but do you know God wants you to respond to Him? Do you know He wants you to love Him back? Have you been leaving God on read?
Christianity is more than following some rules; it is a relationship, and for any relationship to work, it takes love and commitment from both parties. In this lesson you’ll see that God has emotions and wants you to love Him back willingly. Will you say yes to Jesus everyday?
